Sonia Halpern is an Art Historian and has been a popular prof at Western University for many years. She has also published two books of humourous poetry and a book of original music compositions. She enjoys teaching art appreciation courses in the London community.

We're excited to welcome Art Historian Sonia Halpern back to the studio this November to explore a myriad of motives that drive painters to paint their self portrait. This illustrated 4-part series will demonstrate how self portraits, in addition to capturing the artist's likeness and saving money on models, have served a variety of highly useful purposes through time!

The fee for this six hour lecture series is $150+tax=$169.50
