We are committed to make every effort possible to accommodate all the registrants by adding or combining art classes according to the demand and the resources available.

Since inspiring environment, high quality teaching, and above-average personal attention are our main goals, art classes are limited to a maximum of 10 participants per class.

Class-work is independent and instruction is on a personal level therefore registrations are accepted at any time during the year, if space is available.

Classes are subject to cancellation if minimum enrolment is not reached.  In order to prevent this situation, and to secure a spot in the desired level and schedule, early registration is recommended.

Classes are filled on a first-come first-served basis.

Absence & Make-Up Classes


Missed art classes may be made-up during the same term and at the same class level if space is available.

To be considered for a make-up class, notice of absence must be given at least 24 hrs in advance.

Make-up classes are a courtesy based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Missed classes are not transferable or eligible for credit.    

Class Observation


Parents and visitors are welcome to observe classes from the lobby.  

We ask not to enter the classroom without previous arrangement with the instructor.  

Instructors will be available for consultation by appointment or, if time allows, between classes.

Payment options


$80 + tax deposit is required to secure a spot in the class. Deposit is non refundable and non transferable.

Tuition in full is due before the beginning of the first class.

Payments option (maximum 3 instalments) available with post-dated cheques only.

Keep your receipts for tax purposes.  There is a $5.00 fee for duplicate receipts  



10% discount (of the lower fee) is granted for same-term second class or additional immediate family member registration.

Immediate family include spouse, child, parent or sibling living at the same address. Not applicable to terms with 10 sessions or less. Discounts / coupons cannot be combined and limited to one per family. Other restrictions may apply.


Early Registration and other incentives, when offered, apply only to classes with 11 sessions or more per term.

Refunds / Withdrawal


Deposit is non refundable unless the course is cancelled by ArtVenture. 

Terms with 11 sessions or more - Once the term has started 50% of the fees (not including deposit) will be refunded. No refunds will be granted after the beginning of the 4th class.

Terms with 10 sessions or less - Fees are 100% non refundable once the term started.

Any discount or coupons redeemed or received for self or for a family member will be deducted from the amounts refunded.  

The greater of 3% or $10 (plus tax) processing fee will be applied to all refunds except for course cancellation.

Coupons and Gift cards


Coupons and Gift Cards have no cash value therefore they must be presented at the time of payment.  The value of the coupon or gift card cannot be refunded after full payment has been processed.  For those who register through PayPal and want to use discount coupons we recommend to pay the deposit only online and the balance with the coupon in person.
