To secure a space in a camp, a non
refundable deposit of $80 + tax is required. The balance is due on or before the first
day of attendance.
Fees will be refunded only if camp
is cancelled by ArtVenture.
Keep receipts for tax purposes.
Duplicate receipts will be charged $5.00
- $10.00 discount for
sibling attendance if both register for full week.
Cannot be combined with other
discounts or coupons and limited to one offer per family. If
paying in full online, the amount of the discount will be reimbursed
within 3 working days.
Snacks - A light nut-free snack and
juice will be provided daily. Please advise of any allergies.
Group size - Age groups are limited to a maximum
of 10-12 participants. ArtVenture reserves the right to cancel any
group if minimum enrolment is not reached.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up
- We ask parents and caregivers to sign the campers IN and OUT. Due
to the structure of the camp, we ask that campers are dropped off and
picked-up no more than 15 minutes before and after camp hours.
Absence - Missed sessions are not
refundable, not transferable, and not eligible for credit.
